Join the Flossmoor Public Art Commission for a hands-on creative event that brings our community together in the spirit of reflection, renewal, service and love. Inspired by the season — from the quiet light of the Winter Solstice and the fresh start of New Year’s resolutions to the call to serve on MLK Day, and looking ahead to the warmth of Valentine’s Day, and the powerful stories honored during Black History Month — we’ll create vibrant, temporary yard signs for display throughout the Flossmoor Sculpture Park. Each sign will celebrate unity, hope, and the shared values that connect us. Come make art, make connections and help shine a light on the work of the Flossmoor Public Art Commission. (Ages 12 and under please attend with parent or guardian.)
